BOAT CHARTER
We have a variety of different boats we use on a regular basis. These include small and cheap day trip boats, taxi boats, sleeper boats, cruise boats. We offer both one-day and multi-day trips. Just ask us if you need something that floats.

EQUIPMENT
Anything you can think of related to sport climbing we have and we will rent to you! We also have drybags, toenail clippers, climbing tape, chalk, guidebooks, and a ton of other stuff we can rent or let you borrow.

CLIMBER LOUNGE AND LINK-UP
Our climbing shop is a great little cubby of the world to meet international travelling climbers. Feel free to put up a notice explaining what and who you are looking for. Chill and watch climbing DVD's on the bean bags, drink beverages on our lofty zen platform, stare at the ceiling covered in climbing shots from Ha Long Bay, or try our 40+ move boulder problem that begins on the stone walls of our shop and tops out on the third floor bar above the men's bathroom!! Come and hang!

GUIDEBOOK PURCHASE
Purchase, Vietnam - A Climber's Guide, the first and only Vietnam rock climbing comprehensive guidebook, for 380,000 Dong in our shop. It details all the dopest climbing in the Ha Long Bay region.

BOOK EXCHANGE
We now have a small but growing book exchange. But please no more copies of The Alchemist!!

MOTORBIKE RENTAL
You cannot come to Cat Ba and not cruise the island on a motorbike, plus you'll need one to access some of the crags. We can connect you with a safe and well priced motorbike rental.

MONEY EXCHANGE
There are two ATM cash machines on the island, but you might want to plan for a few extra days of spending money in case it is out of service. We can direct you to a reputable vendor to get cash via credit card advances and currency exchanges should you need it.

GENERAL SERVICES AND INFO
Sometimes you need your laundry done, you need to find deodorant, or you need sunscreen; you are looking for some general items or information to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Sometimes you want to store some valuables in a trust worthy safe. You want maps of the island, cash advances, info on how to travel to the next city on your itinerary.
